The aim of the third Law and Economic Policy International Workshop is to bring together academics and practitioners with common interests in corporate governance. The roundtable (Monday 28, afternoon) will be dedicated to the governance of Intermediate-Sized Enterprises and will be followed by a keynote speech by Marco Becht (Université Libre de Bruxelles and ECGI). On Tuesday 29 (all day), renown academics will present their latest research on governance in four sessions.
